FAQ
What is PitchCopilot?
PitchCopilot is a sports quantitative research platform for FPL players and sports creators. We collate event data, market implicit pricing, calibration models, manually review content and public performance to produce traceable research reports.
Is this investment advice?
no. The content of the platform is only for reference in sports data research, FPL virtual point allocation and creation, and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice or any real asset arrangement.
Why does the report mention asset weight allocation?
Asset weight allocation is a research language used to describe a model's relative confidence in different directions. It is used together with virtual points and virtual capital pools to facilitate comparison of allocation assumptions and does not represent actual returns.
What is market-implied pricing?
Market-implied pricing is the benchmark against which public market signals are compiled. PitchCopilot uses a calibration model to compare it to the data distribution and checks whether there is interpretable divergence.
Are reports automatically published?
no. After the model generates candidate content, the administrator will conduct manual review to check the data source, tone, compliance statement, settlement definition and internal links, and then release it after confirming that it is suitable for public disclosure.
How to read a report?
Let’s look at the event background first, and then look at the core configuration, secondary configuration and observation items. Then review the model rationale, constraints, and related links. Finally, come back to /performance to check long-term performance.
Is the core configuration representative necessarily correct?
no. The core configuration represents a higher level of confidence, but any sports model can be affected by red cards, injuries, rotations or data delays. The emphasis is on long-term calibration and public record.
What is the use of secondary configuration?
The second choice allocation indicates that there is a data signal, but the confidence, sample or risk conditions have not yet reached the core threshold. It's suitable as an FPL alternative idea or as a creator's supplemental narrative.
What is a Brier score?
The Brier score measures how close the model probability is to the actual outcome. It is a better check than pure hit rate to check whether the model is overconfident or overconservative.
Does public performance include misses?
Include. PitchCopilot's foundation of trust is a complete record, not just a presentation of favorable results. Hits, misses, unresolved and version changes should be preserved.
What are the sources of information?
The platform uses match results, team information, league background, open market signals and manually compiled information. Material may be delayed or revised, so human review and reader feedback are both important.
Can I quote content from PitchCopilot?
Can. Please include a link to the source, retain the tone and limitations of the study, and avoid describing virtual points as real benefits. Creators can start by reading the citation guidelines at /guides.
Who is responsible for this website?
PitchCopilot is run by an independent team specializing in quantitative sports research, FPL content and public performance transparency. See /about for more background.
How to contact you?
Please contact us at /contact or mail us at [email protected]. If there is a data problem, please attach the page link, event and specific description.
Where do I start?
It is recommended to read /guides/start-here, /methodology and /performance first, and then go to /insights or /explorer as needed.
